America Makes Announces CATACS Project Call Worth $1.3M in Funding
Youngstown, Ohio 鈥� America Makes and the National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM) are proud to announce a new open project call worth a total of $1.3 million, funded by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Manufacturing 九色视频 Office (OSD ManTech). The Corrosion of Additive 鈥� Tested at Component Scale (CATACS) project call focuses on two main topic areas. It will demonstrate and validate a framework for evaluating corrosion testing needs and generate data applicable to metal AM with similar corrosion performance requirements. Two awards are anticipated.
